Resilience Is a Culture Problem Wearing an Engineering Costume
Redundant systems do not help if nobody is willing to report the anomaly.

Former Mission Operations Director, Earth Observation
Anna Reinholt spent fourteen years in mission operations, ending as director for a European Earth observation constellation serving climate, agriculture and civil protection users across the continent.
Her talks focus on what she calls "the quiet discipline": how teams make irreversible decisions with incomplete information, how you build a culture where bad news travels fast, and why redundancy is a leadership question before it is an engineering one.
She works with industrial groups, insurers and public agencies, and moderates technical panels where she can hold her own with any specialist on stage.
