Dr Lucía Fonseca de la Bella is a space economy and innovation speaker, scientist and entrepreneur who translates complex space technologies into practical opportunities for businesses, governments and research organisations.
Founder of Cosmic Bridge, she works across the UK, Spain and wider European space ecosystem, connecting science, innovation and markets. Her background spans theoretical cosmology, ESA-related programmes, satellite applications, research commercialisation and entrepreneurship.
Lucía has worked on the European Space Agency's Euclid mission, led the development of a pan-university space research institute at the University of Surrey and previously served as an ESA Business Applications / Space Solutions Ambassador, helping organisations outside the traditional space sector understand how space capabilities could address real-world challenges.
